[Ramblings from off the top of my head] Its The Most Wonderful Time Of the Year: In recent years it has become popular to have themed Christmas trees and everyone knows as much as mom loves dolls and figurines, she could have created an elegant tree to showcase her collection but she never has. [Christina's Shoebox] Nativity: My parents never displayed a Nativity set, but whenever I visited friends' houses and saw one of those gorgeous creations, I would gaze at the miniature sheep and cows, the baby Jesus in the manger, and the feminine angels with the eager fascination of a young child. I would run my fingers gently along the cool surfaces of the figurines and think dreamily to myself, "When I'm a grown-up, I'm gonna have one of these in my house."
